Primary Applicant Valid Passport / Travel Document
Color scan or clear phone photograph of the biographical data page (showing full legal name, date of birth, photo, passport number, and expiry date).

Primary Applicant Recent Passport-Style Photo
Digital passport photograph taken within the last 6 months. Neutral facial expression, plain white or off-white background, both eyes open. Eyeglasses, headphones, and uniforms are strictly prohibited.
When needed: Mandatory for all primary applicants
Specs: Square aspect ratio (1:1), 600x600 px to 1200x1200 px, JPEG format, file size <= 240 KB, 24-bit color depth.
High School (+2 / SLC) Certificate or Equivalent
Copy of Higher Secondary Certificate (+2 Transcript / SLC / Intermediate), or documentation of at least 2 years qualifying work experience in an approved occupation (O*NET Job Zone 4/5).
When needed: Mandatory to establish baseline program qualification
Specs: Clear legible image or PDF showing school/board name and completion date.
Spouse Digital Passport-Style Photo
Recent digital photo of legal spouse taken within the last 6 months matching exact U.S. DV photo specifications.
When needed: Required if married (even if spouse is not immigrating)
Specs: 600x600 px, square 1:1, white background, no glasses, <= 240 KB.
Spouse Passport or Government ID
Copy of spouse's valid passport biographical page or National ID/Citizenship card.
When needed: Required if legally married
Specs: Clear image or PDF showing full legal name and birth details.
Children Digital Photos & Birth Certificates
Recent compliant photo for each unmarried child under 21 years of age, plus birth registration certificate.

Official Marriage Registration Certificate
Official government-issued marriage registration certificate from the local government ward or civil court.
